The Polyamory Society wishes to provide a standard contractual agreement for Polyamory Relationships that PolyFamilies can use as a guideline to create their own individual Polyamory Relationship contractual agreements. The standard contractual agreement will include all the basic elements such as:
1. Living Wills
2. Emergency Care Rights and Responsibilities
3. Rights and Responsibilities for the Children
4. Parent Rights and Boundaries
5. Extended Family Members Rights and Boundaries
6. Inheritance Rights and Responsibilities
7. Property Rights and Responsibilities
The Polyamory Relationship Contractual Guidelines will be given the widest possible distribution in the hope that Polyfamilies will start to protect themselves against the hostile segments of our society that will use whatever legal or other means that are at their disposal to infringe upon our rights.
