LOVE'S LIGHT

Love's light
As always it has been,
simple words strike a chord
that sets my spirit vibrating
with a warmth
unexpected and delightful.
As I learn the lessons of patience,
I happily wrap myself
in the idea of
continued conversation
and discovery.
with companions
well known and new.
Exploring with
a flexible attitude,
clear intentions
and a total surrender
to abundant love.
I find this reality
a magical realm.
I think of love
I wonder
where will it appear?
The "role" of lover is
clearly less important
than the presence itself.
I think of love
and unique energy flares
with the brightness
of a thousand suns.
My smile
lights the firmamant itself.
